We are Barb and Terry Hill. In the fall of 2004, our paths crossed through the grace of our Christian faith and a passion for (living a healthy lifestyle) through physical conditioning and nutritional wellness.
Barb, a cervical cancer survivor. During that stressful peirod in her life, she gained over 80 pounds and became afflicted with psoriasis arthritis. In her quest to recover her health, she began with simple walking, moved on to aerobics, and expanded into resistance training and anaerobic/cardio work. She not only lost the 80 pounds gained, but went on to compete and win the 2007 ASA/ISSA Gulf States Amateur Bodybuilding Association championship. She is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer (CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) organizations. In addition, she is a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant and specializes in program and dietary design to meet the nutritional needs and goals of her client.
Terry, has over fifteen years experience in coaching on the collegiate and high school levels. His teams claimed 6 conference titles and two state baseball championships. In addition he directed public recreation programs for the cities of Emporia and Hillsboro, Kansas. As a business manager, he is credited for diverse work in Analytical Self Improvement and field operations work. He expresses to his client base, to keep faith, family, and personal health on the forefront of life's importances. Terry has a BS and MS in Physical Education and Recreation Management, and second MS in Sport Physiology. He is a Sports Nutrition Consultant and is an AFPA-CPT with specialization in anaerobic resistance training and sport specific conditioning.
